The Yarykidz toilet seat was developed and produced by Yary Kidz GmbH. The article is protected and may not be copied. The website “Yarykidz.com” was created and published by Yary Kidz GmbH. All contents of this website are the property of Yary Kidz GmbH and may not be used in any form.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract between the customer and the company Yary Kidz GmbH only comes into existence through an order from the customer and its acceptance by Yary Kidz GmbH. The customer's order is placed by phone, in writing or via yarykidz.com. The company Yary Kidz GmbH accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation by email, SMS or letter post and then sending the ordered goods (including delivery note).

4. refund policy
The goods received can be returned within 7 days without giving a reason. Postage is the responsibility of the customer. The goods must be in perfect original packaging and must not be defective or in a used condition.

We are happy to deliver to private individuals residing in Switzerland, as well as companies and organizations with an entry in the Swiss commercial register, after successful address verification against invoice, payable within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The invoice is sent with the package and contains all the necessary information (IBAN, account number, etc.) for payment via the bank or at the post office counter.

The place of jurisdiction for all closed transactions with Yary Kidz GmbH is located in Bern.
For all concluded and future agreements, Swiss law applies exclusively, regardless of the nationality of the client.
8. Final provisions
When the goods are sold by the online shop of Yary Kidz GmbH, the General Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the respective contract conclusion apply exclusively. These terms and conditions also apply in particular if they differ from those of the customer. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective or become ineffective, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
